I booked to stay at Lau’s place from April 19-21. She had a guest overstay their allotted booking. When we showed up to Lau’s place, there was no key to enter. I called multiple times without a response. She finally messaged me back saying that Airbnb was supposed to get in touch with me because the previous guest had taken they keys on a boat. She or Airbnb did not contact me and I was left homeless in a new place. She or Airbnb did not do much to get me a new place or provide appropriate compensation. Do yourself a favor and do not book with Lau. She is unhelpful and not worth the headache.

The location was great—able to walk to many restaurants, close to garage parking, and easy access to places to hang out. The space itself was cozy. We had 4 adults who shared the 2 beds without issue. The shower head may need to be replaced, but gets the job done. Overall, no major concerns. Would stay again.

There is plenty of space for 4 for a quick 1-2 night stay in the city. It is well-located and close to paid garage parking. The unit was clean; however, the shower fixtures needed some TLC. Otherwise, it was a great value. The Sonos music system was an excellent addition. Bravo!

We had a nice stay here! We were able to park our rental car at the parking garage near El Morro as this Airbnb is close to the old forts! We were able to walk to all sites and restaurants. The air conditioning worked well, we loved the cute courtyard, and were comfortable here. I would recommend staying here!
