After many, many airbnb stays we've developed a short list for an excellent rating. First, clean (including refrigerator, oven, bathrooms, under beds etc), second owner's communication and flexibility (Christian batted 100% on all aspects before, during and after our stay), value (a perfect fit for our budget) and finally location. You can not beat the location if you are heading to this area to bike, hike, kayak, swim in the river. Near Three Rivers and dozens of springs, this is an outdoor wonderland. Christian, thank you so much for your kind hospitality and making us feel right at home in your place. We plan to come back soon!

Perfect location if you're looking to get out and enjoy the springs! We were even closer than we thought - so many places to launch kayaks within 10-20 minutes. Lots of parking and loved that the place is dog-friendly! The neighborhood itself is very quiet - just street noise since it's close to an intersection. Bonus: super cute goldfish in the living room. 😊
