Preeti's home is lovely and she is so helpful and responsive. Me and my friend stayed for a few days and we loved every bit of our time there. Everything was so amazing for us. We felt right at home and the best part is pool view. I would definitely prefer booking again whenever required and also recommend to my friends😊

It’s a peaceful stay away from major attractions. It is in the outskirts, inside a village from where it’s difficult to get cabs/rent scooties. Other than that, the stay was good and almost all food delivery outlets were available.

It was very good stay and felt like home. Same as photos shown in the listing. Kaushik is very promt at replying and will help you with your questions. We loved the overall environment and the interiors.

Preety has been a wonderful host - she was very prompt with her replies & very polite. Check in & out was easy. If you are looking for a quite and scenic place for 2, this place is perfect. The house is well appointed with all the amenities. The complex surrounding is private, peaceful & well maintained. There is a stretch of road with back waters just a few minutes away from the house for evening walks, fishing etc. The house overlooks a pool & greenery. High ceilings & big windows makes the flat airy & bright. The wi-fi worked great and had a power back up, so I had no issues working from home. My airtel network was patchy though. There is no public or private transport, so you absolutely need to have your own transport. I had a bike so it was no problem & the house is just 12 mins drive from Porvorim for supermarkets, restaurant etc. I could also get food deliveries from Swiggy. I stayed with Pretty for a Week & I absolutely enjoyed my stay. Will definitely stay with Pretty again!

kaushik is the great host and helpful.. place is super clean as shown in a picture . well equipped . bit far from the famous beaches but overall good experience at kaushik place.
