This new, modern mountain home is the perfect getaway. Located just below the ski trail "Home Again" in Granby Ranch, the house is ski in/ski out. The house boasts modern finishes, a cozy gas fireplace, and amazing VIEWS. The master bedroom is situated with floor to ceiling windows and has an ensuite bathroom. The two other bedrooms each feature a large window and both have access to a bathroom. There is a bonus bedroom which has twin over twin bunkbeds. The garage has a level 2 EV charger. The master bedroom and bedroom 2 feature king size beds and amazing north facing views. Bedroom 3 and the bonus room are on the backside of the home and have nice, private views up the hill. Each main bedroom has access to a bathroom. The double garage is heated, provides additional storage, and also provides access to the laundry room. The bonus room is great for kids, or as a quiet space to escape to while others are enjoying the amazing main room.

Beautiful mountain home; we loved our stay! We went to Granby Ranch for a ski trip, and this house was perfect! The location for skiing is great, and the ski in/out aspect was amazing. The views from the living room are unbeatable!
This was possibly the loveliest AirBnB I have ever encountered. The location is gorgeous and close to many activities, including our preferred ski spot, Winter Park. The views of the mountains were stunning from bedrooms and living spaces alike. The house itself was beautifully decorated, spotless and so very comfortable for our group. Amanda was a gem, getting the house cleaned and ready for us at the last minute after the place we had already booked earlier fell through. She was immediately responsive, friendly and above and beyond helpful at every turn. The owners have thought of anything that will make you feel at home and cozy. We literally can not wait to come back to this incredible spot.
