Juliet was friendly and accommodating. But her place was overpriced for what it is. The place was so dirty. We were bitten by bed bugs. We have to wash all the dishes before we use them. There were dirty marks on the glass doors, on the kitchen bench, backsplash full of dirty marks, oven and microwave were dirty, there were paint marks everywhere. There' a distinctive smell. We cannot even sit on the outside couch because it was dirty. We asked the host to remove the headboard because it was dangerous. Barbeque was dirty and we have to ask for a gas tank which the host brought in the next day. When we told her that her place was overpriced and agreed readily to give us back $500 which we asked. The door lock was broken and threatened us and told us to get out and look for another accommodation and she knows it will be hard for us to find one. We were put in a situation that we felt vulnerable and helpless. I don't want other guest to experience this in the future
