In addition to our private studio listing for longer stays, we have a quaint 1st bedroom & 1/2 bath (Note: no shower!); ideal for travelers needing a place to sleep for a night. Lite breakfast items, coffee & tea will be provided in the kitchen. MUST be ok w/ our dog, Mildred (she's ppl-friendly). Quiet, safe, private road in woodsy area. 10 min to I-95. 10-15 min to 295 & Rte 1. 20min to Portland & Freeport One night max (see studio listing for longer stays and 5 star reviews) Keep in mind this room is really meant for a quick night's stay, for those en route to other places. There is no shower in the bathroom. However, check with us when you're here if you'd like to use our guest room shower upstairs (if the other listing is not rented). You are welcome to book our larger space should you want a longer stay/have other people with you.
