Ann's house is perfect. The location is convenient, close to Kings Cross train station and local amenities. The house is quiet and makes you feel like you are not even in the city of London but with the benefit of the city of London! We rented an excellent, spacious basement room with high-quality furniture and design that makes you feel comfortable reading or watching TV. It has a large and comfortable desk at which to work if needed. The first floor has a common area with a lovely patio and large windows. The kitchen is shared and has all the appliances. It is perfect if you are travelling with friends or family. We were very comfortable, and although we never met Ann, she answered all our questions and messages almost instantly.

Highly recommend staying at this property. Listing was very easy to find. Property is super clean with modern furniture and very comfortable beds. Easy walking distance from the nearest train/tube station.
