Nice apartment. Free parking which is great. Host was very helpful. The apartment was at 25degrees and no way of turning air-conditioning on or fans were broken. Bath had black mould sealant. Only half a toilet roll and no spare. Blind in the bedroom doesn’t reach the floor so had light in. Didn’t sleep well at all. 😔.

Lovely apartment, we only needed one night stay, no parking charges on street and the apartment was clean and modern. It was everything we needed. Would definitely go back again if we were spending time in London

Granted the booking was made on the same day it was needed, so there are some minor exceptions. However, I was told the airbnb wouldn’t be ready until 9:30pm, which was fine but when I arrived for this time I couldn’t get hold of the host with the number provided to see if it was ready or not. The full address and instructions also hadn’t been shared before I arrived, so I was left waiting as I didn’t know which building or door number to go to. Once I did get a hold of the host, he apologised and when I did get into the apartment, the overall aesthetic was nice, but it could do with a good tidy to ensure it’s cleaned to a standard to host somebody. Ended up staying somewhere else instead, as I’d travelled far and had somewhere to be. Other than this, when he did respond, his responses were quick and professional. Has the potential to be good with tweaks.
