The apartment has 4.5 rooms and there is space for up to 6 people. It's perfect for small groups and families and it's located in the district of Dübendorf, a calm neighbourhood 20 min by train from Zurich main train station. In the area you can find supermarkets, Restaurant and the concert/events hall "Samsung Hall". It's perfect for long stays. If you need we have also a parking. The apartment is on the first floor and has three bedrooms: One room with a 160cm-doublebed, another bedroom with a 160cm-doublebed and a third bedroom with two single beds. The living room has a sofabed, dining table and a balcony - that room can also be used as a bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a coffee machine and the basic cookingtools.

Very easy flexible check-in instructions. Great parking. Enough beds for our large group to have their own. Several dining options close by. Docked a few stars because the bathroom soap dispenser was empty, there was limited toilet paper for our group of 6, no trash bins other than a small bathroom bin, and there were trash wrappers left under the bed in one of the rooms when we arrived. Overall, would recommend for people on a budget as the price was unbeatable.
Matzratzen leider sehr alt und viel zu weich, haben Rückenschmerzen bekommen. Die Wohnung war nicht gut gereinigt. Verschmutzte Bettlaken mit vielen Haaren darauf verteilt. Verstaubter Boden. Verschmutzte Teppiche. Verschmutztes Bad. Wasser tritt aus den Ritzen in den Wänden im Bad aus. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt nach der ersten Nacht abgebrochen.

Un quartier paisible à 10mn de la gare de Stettbach. La présence d'une place de parking gratuite est particulièrement appréciable. Le logement était propre et correctement équipé.

The apartment is located in a calm neighbourhood in Dübendorf (20 min. by train to Zürich main station and 30 min to the airport). Several restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the concert hall (Samsung Hall) are within walking distance or by bus. There is also a private parking
Zurich's old town and the lake are easily reachable by train in 20 min (station Stadelhofen). The center of Dübendorf is located within 10 min. walking distance. There you can find supermarkets, shopping areas and bars/restaurants.
