The home comes just as shown in the pictures. I stayed there with my family and three other families which we all have kids, and it was enough space for everyone. The rooms are a good size. The home is very clean and the property manager stay on top of collecting garbage throughout our stay. Anytime I reached out with a question I got a timely response. The house is located in a good area with a short drive to the beach, grocery stores, Starbucks, parks for the kids in walking distance and restaurants. The backyard is very private with a nice clean barbeque, great saltwater pool and a deck with enough seating for a large group. The only thing that the house could improve on is the Wi-Fi connections as it is not strong in the bedroom but works well in the common area. 2 out of the 4 bedrooms have a TV in them with access to Netflix. Overall, I am very happy with my stay and would recommend it to anyone and definitely will be staying there again when I’m back in Florida.

The house is newly renovated/redesigned.. appears small from the street but it’s nice and spacious inside. The decor and design of the house is nice, modern, and clean. New appliances. Loved the pool/backyard area!! We didn’t have the pool heated but it was plenty warm. The rooms were also good size, the beds were comfortable, everything was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Some areas of improvement would be to better stock the house. No blender (had to buy one), no pans to use the oven (had to buy so we could use the oven), and no extra blankets (it was cold the first night). I also think providing some beach chairs would be nice or having the option to rent. There were beach supplies but they were locked. Also one of the bedrooms has no dresser or closet. Nowhere to put your things. With a few improvements I think this house would be PERFECT.
