The property is fairly new and it shows! It is well appointed with everything you could need. The backyard is great, although it had a lot of standing water in the yard, the stairs are pretty steep (mostly without railing) and it can be somewhat dark in the back, but it is a beautiful area. The dock is cute. Note: the chairs attached are a little scary and there is soo much moss it negates fishing, but it is a very nice view. The house itself is great and quite cute, but the floors are VERY noisy and with a party of 4 there was not enough comfortable seating for watching TV in the living room. The bed linens were unique too, very loud/crunchy. Other than those few things, it was so cute and accommodating. The porch is a great addition and we used it quite a bit. Colomo offers a little bit to do, but South Haven is 20 min down the road. The fire pit and hot tub MADE it worth every penny for us! Loved it!
