Location and house were perfect for a small getaway from home and work. There was a lot to do if only the weather would have cooperated with our stay. We were able to do some fishing and have a fire going in the pit. Use the charcoal grill that was there a couple of times. Kitchen was well stocked with a lot of dishes, utensils and pots and pans that we used everyday. Clean upon arrival. Bedrooms good size. No one complained about their mattress they were comfy and with a good night sleep. They were clean upon arrival. Bathrooms the same, clean good size. There was an air hockey game but didn't get a chance to play it 😕. The house is gorgeous when you walk in. Greeted with high ceiling and the main floor with kitchen it was the perfect place to stay. Thank you for sharing your place. Went into Millersburg for Amish food (30min) at Mrs. Yoder, really good and the strawberry pie was the best and over to flea market. Wish we had 1 more day to have drove over to the SugarCreek

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful stay. We had a most wonderful getaway for our anniversary at Shane’s place. Gorgeous place to stay, relaxing, spacious, affordable, clean, and a great host. Definitely will be back!

We were overall happy with our stay. However, our last morning there they had work being done on a bridge with power tools. The work hindered or last mornings plans and expectations. We didn't get to hike or sit outside and relax. Communication was good. Place was as advertised except the bridge to the other side of the pond was in need of repairs. The property is exceptionally beautiful.

Amazing, comfortable cabin in such a serene, private setting. My family and I loved it! Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer to fully explore the trails. Thank you!

The cabin was beautiful as is the land. My family of six was comfortable in the cabin and enjoyed hiking through the property. The cabin had everything we needed and was very well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was nice to have direct tv on each tv. I also appreciate the leather couches, it makes the living rooms feel cleaner than fabric couches. My kids loved playing on the air hockey table. We all enjoyed sitting outside in the sunshine, overlooking the pond. I would definitely recommend staying at cabin.
