Callahan's Cottage is a 1,300 sqft newly renovated cottage with a swim spa that sits secluded in the middle of 20 acres of woods. Featuring one bedroom and two sleep lofts, it can comfortably sleep 6 people, but can accommodate up to 12. With miles of private trails, every acre of the woods can be enjoyed. Telecommuters - we now have Starlink WiFi! Convenient to Kenyon College (13 miles) and Historic Mount Vernon (18 miles), 45 minutes to Amish Country and 30 minutes to Mohican State Park. Bedrooms + Bathrooms Main Floor: Private room with king-size bed; 2 bathrooms with showers; full-size pullout couch. West Sleep Loft: 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds East Sleep Loft: 1 full bed, 2 twin beds Please be aware that the sleep lofts are accessed by steep, ladder-like stairs and have low ceilings. Please note that while Callahan's can sleep 12, it is a small space and is most ideal for 6 people. Kitchen + Dining Room Kitchen: Full kitchen equipped with refrigerator, range, microwave, toaster, and coffee pot. Dishes and cookware also provided. No dishwasher. Dining Room: Table seats 4; 2 more at bar. Other Amenities Starlink Internet Satellite TV on main floor. Outdoor heated swim spa (seats 8) on outdoor patio. 20 acres of walking trails with exercise stations. Washer and dryer. All linens and bath towels are provided. Up to two dogs are allowed. No other pets are permitted. There is not a fenced-in yard. Leashes are required for your dogs' safety at all times. Firewood for the fire pit and indoor wood-burning stove is NOT provided.
