Le logement est nickel, spacieux et surtout calme. Le terrain est très bien arboré. L’accueil de Gloria est très sympa.

My friend and I rented this flat on Gloria’s property for a little over a week and really loved how private and secluded it was. It felt like a refuge after such busy days exploring and adventuring the island. The screens on all the doors and windows were a God-send! We could leave them all open and get a wonderful breeze when we were home and the sound of cricket chirps and rain falling on the roof would lull us to sleep. Gloria was accommodating, welcoming, responsive, and very easy going. She took time out of her busy days to check in on me to make sure I had everything I needed and to answer any questions about the space or the island. She offered recommendations and words of advise for a young woman solo traveling for my first few days on the island—they were greatly appreciated. She made my friend and I feel that we were part of her little community for the duration of our stay—with a welcome dinner on the patio with grilled fish and local beers. Lovely space, lovely host!

A peaceful haven. If you need to get away from it all and have a base that’s clean, spacious and set in beautiful surroundings, then this should be your choice. Everything worked, everything was clean and you have privacy. It helps to hire a car, and Gloria was able to make recommendations on car hire, places to eat and visit. She deserves the super host status. The special touches she gives to her accommodation are appreciated and shows her care and attention to details. Will definitely come back.

Gloria’s piece of paradise was absolutely amazing!! Apartment and surroundings were very clean and spacious and not forgetting quiet. Gloria was the perfect host and was always available to answer all my questions. I highly recommend her place will definitely be returning for another stay soon.

If you are looking to stay in the more remote south half of the island this is a great location. 5 mins drive from the supermarket, 1 min drive from a couple of bars, 5 mins to Laborie for a couple of beaches and some restaurants. The place itself feels rural, quiet and isolated, just what we wanted after a stay in the busier Rodney Bay. We used it as a base whilst visiting the touristy places around Soufriere. Kitchen has everything you need, bedrooms have large beds with firm (good) mattresses and aircon and mosquito nets everywhere. A little roofed veranda area to sit out on and relax with a book as well. And to top it off, after our flight was delayed 24hrs, we were easily able to sort an extra night and late checkout (7pm flight) which was a welcome relief. A great place to spend a few nights!
