A 3 bedroom fully furnished Holiday villa located in North Goa 6-8kms from Calangute. The villas are surrounded by a fresh green trees and its beautiful in the mornings as you wake you with the birds chirping around and at night you can witness the fireflies around on the property. Centrally located and about 15-20 minutes drive to all the major hot spots in North. Please refer to the description for Details on BREAKFAST (not included in price) Our 3 bedroom fully furnished villa is located in North Goa amidst greenery and approx 15 minutes drive to major North Goa beaches. This place will give you equal access to all the major places in North Goa such as Panjim, Calangute, Baga, Mapusa etc which are approx. 6kms away. The villa has 3 bedrooms out of which one is on the ground floor and other two on the first floor. The living area has a TV, a Sofa set and the Dining area has a 4 seater dining table. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, fridge, microwave, pots & pans and crockery & cutlery. The bedrooms have a comfortable double bed, writing table, a cupboard and an bathroom with European style commode, hot and cold water 24 hrs, the bedrooms on the first floor have spacious balconies and attached bathroom. There is also a large loft space available. To ensure uninterrupted water supply, there is a natural water well. Laundry Please note we have a common washer and dryer for all four villas. Hair-dryer and Iron will be provided on request Linen will be changed one every third day. Basic cleaning is done every alternate days we will also plan your excursions, activities and sightseeing packages at the best prices. Below are the points /rules we follow during covid times for everyone's safely. - Cleaning our staff will enter the villa only when the guests are out or can step out during the cleaning. they will sanitise the villa/area before cleaning them. - Guests are supposed to buy their own groceries. we have stopped this service (of sending our caretakers to the shops) to avoid multiple contacts which safe for our staff as well as our guests. - washing machine must be used by the guests on their own . out staff will show them how to use it. the same will be sanitised before and after use. Power backup - Each villa has a power inverter which gives a back up of about 4-6 hrs and covers fans, lights and wifi only. rest everything will be shut during power shutdown. Breakfast can be provided at an additional charge of ₹100 per person. must be informed atleast a day in advance. Swimming pool We have time slot system for pool usage For example, Pool will be open from 9 am to 9 pm 3 hrs for each villa 9am - 12 pm - slot 1 12 pm - 3 pm - slot 2 3 pm - 6 pm - slot 3 6pm - 9 pn - slot 4 Must be Different slot each day All guests must follow the pool rules 1) First take shower and then enter pool 2) only enter with swimming costumes. no cottonware inside the pool. 3) kids will be allowed only with proper supervision and guidance by their parents at all times. 4) No drinking and eating around the pool.
