Gina is a great host who was always a text or phone call away. You get a spacious room and there are many things to do in the area. There are a lot of places to go shopping and buy groceries. I would rent from Gina again!

Reading the profile, I would have guessed that host lived in the property and rented one or two rooms. Initial phone conversation with her revealed that host does not stay in the property. There are 5 rooms that are rented to 6 people. Most of them long term renters. The property is old, creaky, not very clean on the common areas. The bed sheets and towel were clean. Opening or closing doors, moving around the house makes considerable noise, house needs some neglected repair work. However, some of the residents were really nice people as chatted with them. The room had a window but did not have curtains. I called the host and asked for the curtains and she said they were dirty and needed to be washed. This should have been taken care of before check in time. Good thing is that she brought over the curtains after a couple of hours.

Ginna picked me up, which was the only good thing about this. Exceptionally long way uphill from the station so NO WAY is this close to the station... includes cross the highway few times with your bags. Room isn't much - About the size of a restroom. Speaking of restroom... they had two in the house, but shared amongst lots of students that live there and they were nasty. Room has NO means to heat it up, so it was cold all night despite windows being shut. Sorry, but for the price and whats written on the listing, this was a no.
