Beautiful property. Close, but not too close, to the beach. The nearest, Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, was our favorite of several beaches that we used. Casual fishing off the canal-side dock was fun. The bbq grill and dining table on the dock were where we took most of our big family meals. The "kayak" is actually a tandem paddle-boat that seats four, also fun. The pool was in almost constant use, and was perfect for our group with small beginning swimmers. The host was very responsive to the couple of minor issues we had, which were mostly due to our being the first Airbnb guests to stay there.
