Our place offers a large open kitchen and living area with a beautiful fireplace and an even more amazing view. The space is intimate with luxury design in mind. There are a few additional roll away beds available on request and availability. There is 1 proper bedroom. The outdoor space is large and has plenty of space for a large group. There is an outdoor television and fire pit. There is a private trail from the The Evergreen down to the river banks. There is a pavilion with a charcoal grill, electricity, and a water spigot on the bank of the river at the end of the private trail. Please do not trespass on surrounding land. Please stay within the pink property flag boundaries.

A very welcoming, relaxing and peaceful place, perfect for being in contact with nature.
The layout and furnishing were as pictured which was perfect for our anniversary trip away from kids. The sunset was visible from the entire main living area. We cooked, sat by the wood/burning fireplace, and relaxed and ate on the patio. The walk to the river is longer/steeper than we had expected, but we were more than a happy to hang out around the house for a couple days.
This stay was located on a beautiful lot tucked in the woods. It was easy to get to and town was located nearby. We loved the open concept and all the windows! A short trip down to the end of the lot was a river that proved a fun place for us to fish, swim and enjoy the sun! We had never been to Arkansas before, and this was a great introduction!
The peaceful, private setting was just what we were looking for. Large, open spaces made it easy for family to come enjoy the surroundings with us. Really enjoyed our time here!

Located on a private 45 acres with no visible neighbors when on the property. Please do not trespass on surrounding property. The boat dock on the river bank down the right of the pavilion is not on The Evergreen property. Please don't trespass.
Private ATVS and side by sides are welcome with prior approval only and at your own risk. There is a private ATV trail on site to get back and forth form the river.
