게스트 하우스로 여러 개의 방이 있고 공용화장실이 3개가 있습니다. 제가 묵을땐 비성수기라 그런지 숙박객이 거의 없었던 것 같아요. 관리가 잘 되고 있는 게스트 하우스네요. 위치도 좋고 방도 깔끔하고 화장실도 깨끗하고 다 좋았어요! 추천해요!

공용욕실이고 쇼핑하기엔 정말좋은거리입니다. 광장과 바다랑도 가깝구요 방도 청결하고 혼자사용할수있다는점이 좋았습니다 저녁엔 소음이 조금 있었으나 아무래도 번화한 거리라 어쩔수없는부분이라고 생각합니다.

Check in process was smooth and great. The host was communicative over messages. As others have mentioned the room looks even better in person than the photos. You get great natural light through the windows, tall ceilings, and cute and thoughtful Lisboa themed decor. There are about 5 or 6 other private rooms in the large apartment that other guests use. Also, there's a shared small living room, shared kitchen, and three shared bathrooms with showers on the apartment interior. Those areas are darker but there's motion-sensored lighting so it's not too bad at night. Most bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel. And it was clean as I think there is a cleaning person that comes in every day (atleast every day that I was there). The location is fantastic! You are a few minutes walking from Mercado da Baxia, the rest of Chiado, and Plaza do Comercio. But you also have easy walkable access to Alfama (old charming neighborhood) as well as some small side streets that lead you to other local spots behind the airbnb away from Chiado's touristy areas. The only thing I must mention though is the noise. If you are a light sleeper, you might bring ear plugs or avoid this location. The walls are a little thin so you can hear other guests walking about and coming and going from their rooms. I stayed on a Monday and Tuesday night and even then there were always a few car alarms going off or random groups of people being loud in the streets. Not intolerable but just something to be aware of. The noise is blocked if you close the window, but even with the fan, the summertime is hot in Lisboa. Overall great stay and excellent value! Great location and a more spacious room than I was expecting. I was there out of season but I imagine during the summer it would be quite noisy due to its very central location. Would stay again!
