Great place to base for the ferry and location to the town centre .Lots of good eating places nearby and overall a really good place to stay for a walking holiday.

Outstanding location for a stay in Douglas, within a couple of minutes walk from the bars on South Quay, the bus station and the beach.. Lovely apartment for the 4 of us that stayed there on a walking trip. Very spacious, nicely fitted out and furnished. A quirky but very modern feel. Loved the outside space you got too with a view of the sea. Butch was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Perfect location and place for a stay with friends. Highly recommended.

Thank you so much to Butch. We really enjoyed our stay at the boathouse. Clean, tidy and exactly like the pictures. Very close to the town - walkable. This is the second time visiting Butch’s place, such a friendly host and very responsive on messages. We were visiting the island for a family wedding and cannot recommend the boathouse more!

Lovely little place to stay. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to visit Douglas, especially with family and fur family. Very accommodating, was like a home from home. Thanks Butch for a lovely stay.
