Gable cottage was such a fabulous location for our holiday in Roundstone. The accommodation had all the character and charm you would expect from a country cottage, while still having all modern amenities one would need. We instantly felt cosy and right at home. Margaret was the perfect host, with lots of recommendations for the local area. All restaurants/cafes are within walking distance, and a playground and gorgeous walks. We would definitely return to Roundstone and Gable cottage for another getaway in the future. Thank you Margaret!

We had a lovely few days in Margaret’s house. It’s situated in the village of Roundstone just a stroll to a great collection of bars and restaurants. The cottage is quirky with the bedrooms connecting to each other and through to the bathroom. Margaret was so friendly and helpful, we look forward to returning especially as we had to leave early for a family funeral. Be aware that there is no parking at the cottage but there is lots of public parking nearby.

Roundstone is an absolute gem and Margaret’s cottage is perfectly situated to enjoy it. Everything we needed in was place in this charming building, including a cosy fire and well equipped kitchen. Plenty of parking nearby.
