Welcome to our fully renovated 3BR/2BA home conveniently located between Grove City College and the Grove City Premium Outlet Mall. This cozy retreat offers modern amenities and stylish decor, ensuring a comfortable stay for your family or group. With our fully equipped kitchen, and inviting living areas, you'll feel right at home. This is a fully renovated 3 queen bed 2 full bath home. Every room in this house has been updated and modernized. We are so excited to share this home with you! Bedroom 1 is on the main level and has a queen Tempur-Pedic mattress on an adjustable bed frame with various settings including massage. This room has a dresser, chair and 43” Roku smart TV. Bedroom 2 is on the upper level and has a queen Nectar bed and 32” Roku smart TV. There is a 2 shelf cabinet (in lieu of a dresser) and a tower fan for the warmer nights or for white noise. Bedroom 3 is on the upper level and has a queen Nectar bed and 32” Roku smart TV. There is a dresser and tower fan in this room for warmer nights or for white noise. The Living room has a 5-seat sectional sofa (with ottoman) and a chair to accommodate 6 guests. There is a 50” Roku smart TV and so you can log into your favorite streaming apps. The TV stand drawers are stocked with jigsaw puzzles, games/cards and a few small toys for kids. The dining room has a 6 seater table (a bench and 4 chairs). The kitchen has all the basics you could need for prepping, cooking and serving a meal. Along with all the basics we offer a 12 cup and single serve coffee maker (Hamilton Beach Flexbrew). Individual 12 cup coffee packs, coffee filters and k-cups are provided as well as a small variety of tea and snacks. Filtered drinking water at the sink and ice maker in the freezer. Bathroom 1 is on the main level and includes bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, bath mat, toilet paper, tissues, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. Bathroom 2 is on the upper level and includes bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, bath mat, toilet paper, tissues, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. Laundry room is in the basement and includes a washer/dryer, folding table, iron/ironing board, laundry pods and fabric softener. The basement stairs have a handrail on both sides. The side deck currently has a 4 seater table and chair set but will be updated to a 6 seater conversation set this summer. There is also a gas grill with grill tools.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at one of Scott and Treva’s property. And they are beautifully appointed from top to bottom. This property is brand new and they go the extra mile with things like KCups and snacks. What I like best is the ease of checking out. Some places have a laundry list of to do’s. They are warm and kind and you feel that in their home. We will be back!
We had a wonderful 5 night stay here while visiting family in the area. The house was spotless and very clean. very comfortable!It had just about everything you could need for a home away from home and extra touches that were really nice. kid friendly - we had a 2.5 year old and he loved playing with the toys in the living room. The owners had a pack n play and gate set up for us when we arrived which was super helpful! There is a great fenced community playground right behind the home that we walked to a few times. Definitely will be back when we are in the area again. Thank you for a great home away from home!
So sad to leave. We were impressed by the cleanliness and quality amenities. Hosts were super accommodating and the house was spotless and well stocked. We will definitely stay again!
We stayed overnight with our three young kids on our way to the Path of Totality for the Solar Eclipse. The house is perfect and so well done! Our kids loved all the toys, games, and books. And the park just behind the property was a true highlight after many hours cooped up in the car. Scott and Treva were super organized and responsive when we had questions. If we’ve ever in the area again, it would be a definite on our list! Thank you so much for everything! ☀️🌙

This home is located within the Grove City Borough. You will have easy access to most anything Grove City has to offer. We are a short walk to the Grove City Memorial Park or downtown (Olde Town) Grove City for local shopping/dining.
There is a fenced in playground behind the house. When leaving the house go left. There’s a sidewalk at the corner that leads to the park.
If you turn right when leaving the house there are neighborhood streets perfect for walks. Grove City Memorial Park is just down the street with a duck pond, playground, disc golf course, basketball court and outdoor pool.
