This is a 3-bedroom home that has been setup to accommodate a variety of rental options. This 2BR/2BA rental will have access to the main level living areas, laundry room in the basement and 2 of the 3 bedrooms. You can choose whether you want the 2 upstairs bedrooms OR 1 upstairs bedroom and the master bedroom on the main level. This is not a shared space, you will be the only occupants. There is a 2 shelf cabinet (in lieu of a dresser) and a tower fan for the warmer nights or for white noise. Bedroom 2 (blue room) is on the upper level and has a queen Nectar bed and 32” Roku smart TV. There is a dresser and tower fan in this room for warmer nights or for white noise. *you have the option to trade one of the upstairs bedrooms for the master bedroom on the main level which has a queen Tempur-Pedic mattress on an adjustable bed frame with various settings including massage. This room has a dresser, chair and 43” Roku smart TV. The Living room has a 5-seat sectional sofa (with ottoman) and a chair. There is a 50” Roku smart TV and so you can log into your favorite streaming apps. The TV stand drawers are stocked with jigsaw puzzles, games/cards and a few small toys for kids. The dining room has a 6 seater table (a bench and 4 chairs). The kitchen has all the basics you could need for prepping, cooking and serving a meal. Along with all the basics we offer a 12 cup and single serve coffee maker (Hamilton Beach Flexbrew). Individual 12 cup coffee packs, coffee filters and k-cups are provided as well as a small variety of tea and snacks. Bathroom 1 is on the main level and includes bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, bath mat, toilet paper, tissues, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. Bathroom 2 is on the upper level and includes bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, bath mat, toilet paper, tissues, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. Laundry room is in the basement and includes a washer/dryer, folding table, iron/ironing board, laundry pods and fabric softener. The basement stairs have a handrail on both sides. There are 6 stadium chairs and a 4 seater foldable card table/chair set stored in the basement for use if needed. The side deck has 6 chairs and a gas fire table. There is also a gas grill in the back yard and grill tools stored in the kitchen.
