Hyatt is a great hotel, the staff is extremely kind and helpful. Check in was a little rough after a long day of traveling, I had to wait for the host to call the hotel to make sure my paperwork was working. The hotel staff did upgrade the room due to the situation, the room I was upgraded in was nice and clean, however; the AC was very tricky. It would come off and on randomly, we had a guy come immediately and check it out and it started running again, but the entire two days it was in and out. The hotel has snacks, a restaurant, a Starbucks, and more…just be careful if there is a conference in town it gets very very busy. The elevators respond fast, and the parking deck is a little confusing, but once you figure it out—it’s all good. Incidental fee is charged $100 per night, small minor inconvenience, but figured I should let the next person know it’s not $100 for the duration of the stay, it’s per night you’re there.
