The 115 sqm accommodation is located on the third floor of a building equipped with a lift: there are 8 steps to access it and the presence of 2 internal steps to access the two bathrooms. The internal space is divided as follows: - Eat-in KITCHEN with dining table and kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, moka, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave - ROOM I with double bed, single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, split A/C and TV - BEDROOM II with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, split A/C and TV - BATHROOM I with wc, bidet and bathtub with shower wall - BATHROOM I with wc and shower box - BALCONY. Big and clean, and fair price for group travelers. Near to the old town Monopoli and nice small restaurants, and bars near :) they were super friendly! appreciate the flexible check-in and out time. Recommended
lovely apartment 3 minutes from the main square, 1 minute to the park and shops, bars etc balcony was a great bonus
This is a massive apartment very minimally furnished. It was great for our family of 4. The kitchen was easy to cook in, and we enjoyed the neighbourhood. The only negative is that the walls are pretty thin, we did hear the neighbour snoring. Other than that, great location and pretty nice apartment.
Ottimo soggiorno a Monopoli, Cristiana molto disponibile e gentilissima. Casa molto grande perfetta per 5 persone, unica cosa in un bagno non scendeva lo sciacquone… per il resto tutto ok. Grazie Consiglio👍

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, outside the historic centre, a 15/20 minute walk from all the city's attractions: among many, Piazza Garibaldi, full of restaurants, ice cream parlors and pubs, where the liveliness of the colours, sounds and scents, and the sixteenth-century Castle of Charles V, dating back to the Spanish domination of the city. The historic center of Monopoli stands out for its ancient port and a free beach. In recent years a series of restaurants and bars are populating the streets and monumental squares, making this splendid town an unmissable destination in Puglia and Southern Italy.

- Porto Monopoli: 15 minutes on foot;
- Charles V Castle: 18 minutes on foot;
- Cala Porta Vecchia beach: 18 minutes on foot / 5 minutes by car
- Chapter beaches: about 15 minutes by car (13 km).
- From Monopoli station: you can reach the apartment in 5 minutes on foot (400 metres).
- From Bari Airport: you can reach the apartment by taking the shuttle from the airport to Bari Central Station, and from here taking the regional train to Monopoli Station, a 5-minute walk from the property.
- If you travel by car: the accommodation is located outside the restricted traffic zone and can be reached by car. Street parking is free on Via Veneto at 150 meters (NOT guaranteed) or paid on blue lines. Alternatively, you can park for a fee at the Cala Fontanelle car park, in Largo Fontanelle 11, 500 meters from the accommodation.
