I had an AWESOME EXPERIENCE at Jessy’s. I’m so impressed by everything especially for the price. It’s such a good deal that I’ll like to stay there every time I’m in Tucson. The following stood out to me. - It’s too good for the price - It’s definitely a five star place with the added advantage of home vibes. - Well equipped clean kitchen - It’s quiet and easily accessible - Moving around is quite convenient since it close to freeway - All the other guests were professionals who have been there for months from what I learned with some working from home - The backyard is therapeutic with a garden and birds singing in the bushes a nice change from life in a big city -Jessy and her team are there on daily basis cleaning and disinfecting. - Finally, the bathrooms are so clean you won’t believe people are actually using them .

My stay here was absolutely everything I could have hoped for. Jessy was responsive, friendly, and went above to make sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable. The room was spotless, as were the shared living spaces. Everything was as advertised on the listing. The house and the neighborhood were peaceful. I especially loved how close I was to the freeway (maybe 3-4 minute drive to the freeway), as I had to drive around a bit while I was in town. I appreciate Jessy letting me come into her home for the few days I spent. I can’t say enough about how homely a stay it was. I most certainly will look to book with her again next time I visit Tucson!!

住所が間違えて私に知らされていたので他の家に到着した。 玄関ドアにはキ—バックスも無く大変に困った。 何度も何度もホストに連絡しても全く返事が無い。既読になっても等々その日は返事が無かった。 その後カスタマーサポートと連絡を取り合い公開されている写真の家も違う。 家の番号も違う。と言う事が分かり真っ暗で大変だったがエアビ—の家をやっと発見出来たのは3時間後夜、 レンタカーがあったので寒さは大丈夫でしたが、トイレには困りました。 その間もカスタマーサポートは私に夕食代を支払うからトイレと食事をして来てください。と 大変に素晴らしいサポートをしていただけました。 8時過ぎにクタクタになり入室。 その間もホストは全くヘルプ無しでした。 既読にはなるけど返事無し、ホストからは全くサポート無しでした。 私はトイレを我慢したり寒くて病気になりそうでした。 カスタマーサポートとは電話で連絡を取り合い頑張りました。 やっとお部屋に入りシャワーを浴びようとしたらタオル類など全く無くて、今までたくさんのエアビ—ハウスに宿泊して来たけどタオルの無い家は初めて、部屋にはゴミ箱も無く、トイレ掃除も途中の状態でした。 私は小さなハンカチでシャワーのあと体を拭きました。 部屋のタンスの中には髪の毛が束のようにいっぱいあり不潔で気持ち悪かった。 この家の紹介にはチェックアウトは11時と書かれてありエアビ—からも11時ＡＭと来ていました。 しかしホストからは10時AMで許可無しで遅れた場合は💲150の罰金とメッセージが入っていた。 私もたくさんのエアビ—に宿泊させていただいて来たけどこんな家は初めてでびっくり‼️ カスタマーサポートからもたくさんの謝罪と30%の割引となりました。 チェックアウト後にはホストから脅迫のようなメッセージが来て改めて私は被害にあってしまった事に気づきました。 私の旅はこれからも続きますが、 このエアビ—以外の私のホストたちは皆さん優しい直ぐに返信してくれます。 お部屋も綺麗で本当に素晴らしいホストたちでした。 この家だけが今回の私の旅では酷い家とホストでした。
