Bring along your well-behaved, 4-legged friend to enjoy the *rare* fenced in back yard! 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. (2br/1ba per side). All bedrooms and living rooms have Smart TV’s that provide YouTube TV. Kitchens are fully stocked with all appliances, both small and large. There are (2) enclosed hot/cold outdoor showers. This home has had a COMPLETE makeover! Though this home is technically a duplex (this means 2 kitchens and 2 living areas) - Shore is Fun is rented as a single-family home making it perfect for 2 (or more) families! 3rd row to the Atlantic Ocean (approx. 300ft to beach access) and 2nd row to the Bogue Sound (ICW). There is an adjoining door in the middle so you can share the vacation experience but also have a bit of privacy. This home was completely remodeled in 2023, including but not limited to new floors, paint, cabinets, appliances, front deck and more! Bring along your well-behaved, 4-legged friend to enjoy the *rare* fenced in back yard! This home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. (2br/1ba per side). All bedrooms and living rooms have Smart TV’s that provide YouTube TV and other apps (you must use your own credentials – be sure to log out!) The kitchens are fully stocked with all appliances, both small and large, including but not limited to, air fryer, crock pot, coffee pots (no Keurig), blender, mixer, assortment of glasses, etc. Enjoy rockers on the new front deck along with the evening sunsets or lounge on sectional sofa on the ocean side deck (the back deck has a gate blocking off the stairs). In the fenced in back yard is new gas grill for the season and a covered lower porch hang out. There are (2) enclosed hot/cold outdoor showers to rinse off after spending time on the beach. This home is sure to host many of your favorite family memories! NO Smoking. Linens are provided with beds made prior to arrival. Pet friendly with $250.00 non-refundable pet fee per dog (2 max).

Nice clean home close to the beach. The back yard was private and was a great for our dogs to play in.
Very pleased with our stay! This was our first time here and renting with Airbnb and grateful to have found this home. It had everything we needed and even more than we expected. The exterior of the house makes it seem like a normal house but once you go inside it’s very beautiful and clean. The walk to the beach was no more than 5 minutes (we had kids and grandpa). Definitely recommend this place and the hosts were quick to respond or give us a heads up for things.
My entire family stayed at Shorewood Real Estate's place: Two teenagers, 4 adults, 1 baby, 1 toddler, and a 2nd grader. The place was perfect! Having the two sides allowed us to have a quiet side for remote working during the day (the wifi was great!) and a loud side for the littles and the teenagers. The place was well stocked for large family meals with everything that we needed to prepare and serve food. The dishwasher made cleanup super easy. Everything was labeled so that we knew where to put the dishes away, which was super helpful with a large group! Super close walk to the beach was perfect for the littles and we rented beach cruisers from Bryan at Beach Wheels for the teenagers so that they could take a short bike ride into shopping and the pier. (Bryan was also awesome, so if you need beach rentals, find him on google. We rented beach chairs and umbrellas from him as well.) 10/10 would recommend and am hoping to be back next year!
It was a very easy walk to the beach. The house was organized and clean. The fenced in back yard was very nice and a great place to relax.
Super cute with plenty of room. Stocked with everything we needed. Clean linens and towels.
