The beautiful new, fully equipped kitchen features a large island with 4 bar stools, including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, island cook-top, double wall ovens and everything you need for a home cooked meal. BBQ tools are also available to you. When using provided kayaks, the operators MUST wear a life vest (some sizes provided). Children MUST be properly supervised by a responsible person - this is a high-risk activity, and all personal injury risk is assumed by the guest during use. Liability Waiver: You understand that swimming and the use of canoe and kayak is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming and using the boats and rafts. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and use of the kayak and canoe and hold the host & owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, and the use of kayak, canoe and water floats may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, or using the kayak or canoe if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, or uses the kayak or canoe while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur.
