Completely exquisite waterfront villa right on the Colorado River! Welcome to "Castle Rock Villa"! Our 4 large bedrooms, 3 1/2 bath home sleeps 12 comfortably. The four decks make you feel like you're at a private resort with direct access to the river and views of the desert. The open layout living room is perfect for relaxing after being on the water all day and reconnecting with family. The master is truly a masterpiece with private terrace and standalone bathtub overlooking the water!

The property was beautiful and included lots of amenities. The home was perfect for a big family and there’s something for everyone to do. My family had a great experience and didn’t have to stress about anything because everything was provided in the home!

This area is a combination of large homes and small trailers in a quiet close knit neighborhood. The neighbors are all really friendly and know each other well and know us personally. Cell reception in the surrounding neighborhood is spotty so always set your GPS before you leave the house!
There is outside parking in front of the house outside the 3 car garage. If more parking is needed, the ping pong table folds up to allow 2 additional spaces inside the garage. Since we turned the majority of the garage into a game room, we request no more than two cars that will fit in the 2 wide bay, one deep.
