Perfect retreat for a couple or a couple with 2 kids. Home is handed to you in near perfect condition. The fisherman theme is amazing. My father (whom is a retired commercial fisherman) came to visit & fell in love with the home. The location is close to the main street as well. You can walk to Blue Dog Bar & Grill & to the small gift shops. Boat dock is beautiful, peaceful & great to sit, relax & watch the sunrise while drinking coffee. However, the dock is not too boat friendly. Needs dock cleats to tie the boat. Can't accurately tie the boat because the wooden pillars have thick ship rope on them which also make it very awkward to get in/out of the boat. It's not a major issue, as the pros definitely outweigh the cons. Being somewhat local, I can appreciate the hard work that was put into the island after hurricane Ian. We can't wait to come back & stay there again.
