We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Eco Sicily! It’s really secluded with sweeping views of the valley, yet close to all of the activities and conveniences of Trapani and Erice. And we were able to try a sample of their proprietary oil, Eryx - we loved it. The oldest olive tree on their property is estimated to be 800 years old! We all loved the outdoor shower view and slept comfortably in the Airstream.
Loved our stay here! It was our first time doing an eco stay and it was wonderful. The Airstream is super clean and the setting was beautiful. The location is a nice balance of a private and serene retreat yet still within close proximity to downtown Trapani - within a 15 minute drive. There is a full grocery store about a 5 minute drive. You do need a car to get around this area. The host was quick to respond as we planned our trip there. The olive tree farm is very cool and we even got to taste a sample of their olive oil - Eryx! Amazing, rich flavor. We would stay here again.
We were lucky enough to be amongst the first guests and we can’t say enough good things about this glam-camping spot nestled in an olive orchard near Trapani. Views are fantastic and the outdoor solar-powered shower, was an added bonus. You'll want a car but it's a good location for getting to a lot of the best sites in the area - none of which are very far. If you are going to be in this corner of Sicily and like an 'outdoorsy' experience with all the comforts of 'indoorsy' environs, we would highly recommend it!
