Sara’s place was absolutely perfect! It was very clean and had everything we needed. You can’t beat the location, with lots of restaurants and very close to U of I. There was plenty of parking space and check in was seamless. Highly recommend!!
My husband and I were visiting our Granddaughter, a freshman at the U of I. The University is also my husband’s alma mater. We were right next to campus by a beautiful park. Our daughter joined us from Chicago for the visit too. It was wonderful, relaxing, with space for all of us. The house was clean, neat, and well appointed. Sara was very responsive when needed. I’m sure we will be back again!
This house was perfect for our week visiting our son at U of I. It was so cozy and everything was so clean. The beds were extremely comfortable and the downstairs family room was a place we hung out with our son to watch TV and have family conversations. The kitchen had everything we needed and leads to a nice patio/deck area outside. The house was tastefully decorated too. Sara was great at responding to questions and giving recommendations for the area. We will definitely be staying here again!
This is a must stay if you are visiting Champaign or one of the surrounding towns! My wife and I were visiting UofI (roughly 1.25mi) and touring the area. The home is tastefully decorated, well equipped, and absolutely cozy. We decided to eat in one of our nights and found the kitchen to be fully stocked. After dinner, we kicked our feet up on the couch and felt right at home (not easy to duplicate)! I can personally vouch that the office is a premier location to take a meetings and knock out some quick work. It was a busy couple of days. Fortunately, the bedding was high quality and assisted in a heavenly sleep. The cherry on top was our experience with the host, Sara. She was a absolute delight! We will be back!

There is also a walking trail a house down. There is free driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles. Uber and Lift are available for anyone who doesn’t want to drive around Champaign. There is also local bus transportation with a nearby public transit stop a few houses down.
