The 3 Peaks is a top South Lake Tahoe hotel which offers non-smoking, accommodations for a great Sierra mountain vacation experience. The 3 Peaks is located 2 blocks from the Heavenly Village Gondola and the beach, and 3 blocks from the Lake Tahoe casinos with plenty of dining nearby. You can walk to most everything. At our hotel we have large wooded grounds that stretch from Park Avenue on the West to Pine on the South and Manzanita on the North.

Nice motel in town. Very clean and great value for the price!
Very nice room with two bedrooms that are comfortable and cozy. The unit can accommodate 4 people easily with sweet kitchen. It has microwave, stove, fridge and coolwares, so you could cook whatever you like, very convienent. I like this place.
It’s in a really excellent location a few blocks off the Main drag in Southlake Tahoe. Easy to get to all the restaurants and ski slopes. It was a very good value for money. I’m not sure if the room needed better sound insulation or if the people upstairs were just uncommonly noisy.
