Spacious and comfortable oasis with private access overlooking bustling Thornbury High Street. Room comes with fridge, coffee and tea making facilities, TV, WiFi, and fireplace for winter months, and guests are also welcome to make use of small but highly functional shared kitchen and beautiful outdoor area downstairs. Shared spaces are shared with me and my very friendly dog, George Michael. Handy to Northcote and Thornbury's great restaurants and music venues, and easy transport to city.

Iain's place is super cool as is Iain himself. Super cool guy and happy to engage plus giv e advice about the local area, what to do and where to eat. The room is sizable and private. Bed was really comfy. I will definitely be visiting Iain again in the future.
Iain was friendly and welcoming, check in was easy and the room was clean and comfortable.
Absolutely loved my stay here. Gorgeous and spacious place, ideal location in walking distance to lots of great food and music, and Iain was a lovely host! Him and his dog were very friendly and kind and he was very responsive. Thanks Iain!
Iain’s place worked perfectly for us, just down High St from our daughter’s apartment. I found the work space excellent. The bed was very comfortable with nice linen. Loved Iain’s bespoke furniture that he sells from his showroom downstairs.
