You'll find elevator, wifi, TV, dishwasher, air conditioning, central heating, but most importantly: bathtub terrace with outdoor furniture and walk-in closet... There is just everything! OPTIONAL PARKING SPOT 240 M FAR ON PAYMENT! This lovely attic apartment is on floor 3 of a historic building with an elevator and located near the train station. Inside you will find a double bedroom with spacious walk-in closet, the bathroom with shower and washing machine, a living area with a super-stocked kitchenette (family fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave), a double sofa bed and a 42" TV. Wifi, central heating. Finally, at the end of the day you will be able to sit on the delightful tub-like terrace, overlooking the quiet street behind and furnished with a sofa, small table and umbrella! We have a parking spot available 240 m far in a private single garage subject to availability, to be reserved separately and in advance at a cost of 15 euros per night.

Terrific apartment just a couple of blocks from the bus and train station. Short walk to the heart of the city center. Good grocery store very close. Wonderful host. Would definitely stay here again.
You'll love this place. It has everything you need. It is in the centre but still no noise, windows are turned on the quite street. Marina is always ready to help, even there is no real need, because it is all very clear what/where and how :-)
Bellissima mansarda, con travi in legno molto suggestiva, camera da letto carinissima com spaziosa cabina armadio, comodissimo bagno, ampio salone con divano letto matrimoniale very comfortable e cucina super accessoriata e con terrazzino very very nice,tutto pulitissimo. A meno di 200 metri dalla stazione e 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Quando abbiamo prenotato avevamo qualche dubbio, in quanto non c’erano recensioni, posso solo dire che è stato un soggiorno Perfetto, straconsigliato.

The location of this apartment is definitely strategic: it is in fact just a short walk from the station, where you will also find the only supermarket open until 10 p.m. every day (Pam Supermarket).
In a few minutes walk instead you can reach Piazza Unità, and the beautiful waterfront between Ponterosso and Molo Audace, with its spectacular colors.
Any recommendations for food? Buffet at Rudy's on Valdirivo Street for typical dishes, Illy café right on the banks for a Trieste breakfast. Worth mentioning is Ristorante Bianco (Via Rossini 8), right on the Ponterosso canal, which has a floating platform used in summer for an aperitif with the sunset!
This apartment is exceptionally connected to EVERYTHING!
Stepping out of the apartment in a few steps you can reach PAM supermarket, the only one open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day (9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sundays).
Crossing the street you can find also the train station, around which you can find Parking Saba Silos for cars, RVs, and motorcycles (you can book through their site in advance and take advantage of attractive discounts!), a Flixbus station, a cab station, and a bike rental station (Bicincittà).
Both outside the building and in front of the station also most of the bus lines pass, perfect whether you want to stay in the city or visit the Karst, the waterfront to Miramare Castle, or get to SISSA.
