The house itself is a stunning upside-down house that has been fully refurbished throughout with traditional handmade oak balconies and staircase. Inside, the house boasts 5 comfortable bedrooms, 5 ensuite bathrooms, 2 spacious living rooms, a dining room, open plan kitchen & utility room. The house has reliable Wi-Fi and many books, DVDs, board games and jigsaws for guests to enjoy. Outside, the house has a range of patios on different levels with several seating areas - including beautiful oak balconies with views over the valley, covered outdoor sofa area, dining area and sun loungers. Enjoy the heated pool, table tennis table and large gas BBQ! TOP FLOOR When you enter the front door, you will enter the main hosting area inside the house. This is complete with a modern kitchen, open plan dining and living room area that open out onto full width wooden balcony with spectacular views over the pool and Dronne valley. The balconies are furnished with comfortable chairs and tables. LIVING ROOM (TOP FLOOR) The upstairs living room area is furnished with two comfortable stylish sofas and rustic wooden coffee table and side table. There is a TV and DVD player in this room. The dining area has a large rustic wooden dining table. This area joins onto the modern open plan kitchen with finished peninsula and bar stools. OUTSIDE KITCHEN PATIO From the kitchen and dining area, there are side doors that lead out onto the side patio which is where you will find an outside dining area with a large table, chairs and parasol. This area overlooks the swimming pool. THE KITCHEN The kitchen is well equipped with an induction hob, electric oven, integrated microwave, American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. It has all the plates, pots, pans and kitchen utensils you would need to prepare a meal. Glasses, mugs, cutlery etc are all provided. OUTSIDE PATIOS ON TOP LEVEL When you enter the property, you will walk through a wooden gate onto a private walled patio. To the left, you will see an outdoor covered seating area with sofas and a coffee table. This is where you can access the stairs to the side of the property that lead down to the lower patio and pool level. To the right of the property when you enter, you can reach the additional bedroom annexe (separate from the main house) as well as the outdoor dining area. THE MIDDLE LEVEL (THE MAIN BEDROOM LEVEL) The house has been updated with a beautiful handmade oak staircase that goes from the top to the bottom floor. When you go down the stairs, you reach the middler floor of the house which is the main bedroom level. There are three bedrooms on this level. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms - two with showers and one with a shower and a bath. There is one bedroom with a double bed, one with a King-sized bed and and one with an IKEA daybed that opens out to sleep two people. All bedrooms have storage for clothes and open out onto a wooden balcony overlooking the pool. Bedding and towels are provided. THE GROUND FLOOR (1 BEDROOM, LIVING ROOM & UTILITY ROOM) Going down the oak staircase again brings you to the ground floor where you will find the large second living room complete with two sofas (one which is a double sofa bed), a small kitchen area with a small fridge and sink - convenient for making snacks and drinks for the pool. Also on this level, you will find a beautiful twin bedroom with two single beds, a wardrobe and two chest of drawers. This bedroom has an ensuite shower room and a separate WC. The bedroom opens out onto the pretty patio. There is also a utility room on this level with a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink for guests to use. There is also an ironing board and iron. OUTDOOR PATIO (GROUND FLOOR) The ground floor living room and twin bedroom have double french doors that open out onto the patio which has sun loungers, a beautiful olive tree and a table tennis table outside. OUTSIDE (THE POOL LEVEL) The ground floor patio level has a final staircase that leads down to the pool area which is fenced off and has a secure gate to keep it safe. This is where you will find the private, heated pool and patio. The pool has an electric cover which you must use when you are not using the pool and secure it with the clips as well. Surrounding the pool, there is a tiled patio with sun chairs. The pool is heated with a heat pump. THE ANNEXE There is a small annexe on the top level at the front of the property. This where you will find the final bedroom. This bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, a ceiling fan and wardrobe. It also has its own ensuite with toilet and sink. LOCATION The house is ideally located near many wedding venues including Chateau Le Mas de Montet, Chateau de la Mothe en Perigord, Manoir Bealieu and Chateau de la Valouze.
