just beautiful little flat - wish we were able to stay longer! lovely, quick and helpful communication - super smooth booking, v clear check in guide. the place itself is full of character and feels super homely, warm and all the cosy touches that make a difference. decor is v cool, projector and sound system such a great vibe, all the utensils etc needed in the kitchen - even hair straighteners with spray, hot water bottle, just felt v welcome and at home - loved it! thanks, and would love to stay again.
Brilliant place - spotlessly clean, tastefully appointed, light-filled and comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring St Kilda, and a short stroll from Acland St and Luna Park. Sebastien went out of his way to keep us informed and make our trip a success. Thanks so much!
Très agréable petit appartement, idéalement situé avec commerces, plage et tram à proximité. Instructions claires pour l'arrivée, équipements au top et logement très propre. Attention si vous avez du mal avec les escaliers.... ou de très lourdes valises, 2 étages à monter (indiqué par Sébastien dans son annonce)
Sebastien was a fantastic host and his apartment is perfect for a city getaway - fantastic location, homely feels and overall a very comfortable stay at an affordable price. Sebastien’s communication was awesome, particularly around the check-in process. He was also very accommodating for our needs. Highly recommend!
Sebastian’s home was lovely to stay at. In the perfect location close to transport and lovely shops nearby. Will definitely be visiting again.

The 16 and 3 tram is right out front which will take you to St Kilda Esplanade, Balaclava or the CBD.
There are also plenty of e-bikes and scooters (Lime) to get you around as well.
