This is our 2nd time staying at Jeffrey's place. Both stays have been fantastic. We will definitely be staying again when in the area! We love the location to wineries, restaurants and the Tart Trail. Jeffrey is very friendly and goes out of his way to say hi and check in. The space he provides is comfortable, clean and quiet.

Great Hosts! We had a wonderful time at the Gristmill Apartment. Nicely decorated with a theme celebrating the Traverse City area. Informative guidebooks that share history of the building and sightseeing information. My 2 teen boys loved exploring the gazebo island pathways in the backyard. Falling water from the waterfall is very relaxing..no need for a sound machine! The apartment has a large bedroom with a queen bed. The entry room has a fold out queen sleeper sofa. Kitchenette was adequate for our 2 night stay. Mini fridge, small microwave and small sink allowed us to heat up microwavable items and eat at the table provided. We supplemented with a cooler for our larger items. We appreciated the toaster. Plenty of closet space for storing our stuff. Bright bathroom was well lit and included plenty of spare towels. Jeff was very responsive to any questions we had. The check out/clean up routine was quite simple and well worth the savings. Unique place to stay for a fair price!
