The light-filled open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner provides a spacious, airy and characterful living area, with floor-to-ceiling windows, exposed beams and French doors creating a wonderful sense of space. With a Smart TV and plenty of seating, the tastefully furnished lounge is perfect for unwinding with a movie or a book in the evening. The central dining area is ideal for sharing a family meal which you can prepare in the fully equipped country-style kitchen. This delightful conversion also offers two pretty bedrooms: a charming super-king-size room and a cheerful zip-and-link twin room, as well as a relaxing family bathroom. Heading outside, the enclosed courtyard has outdoor furniture and a BBQ, perfect for dining alfresco. Beyond this, the large, enclosed garden has plenty of space for children and dogs to run and play. Off-road parking is available for two cars. The bustling seaside resort of Bude is nearby (5 miles), with its beautiful sandy surfing beaches and a range of great pubs and restaurants. Quieter beaches are to the north and south, including Widemouth Bay and Sandymouth Bay (both 8 miles). You can explore the beautiful Hartland Heritage Coast (5.5 miles) or head to the Tamar Lakes Activity Centre and the picturesque market town of Holsworthy (both 6.5 miles).
