As you enter through the front door, a small hallway leads you into the lovely open-plan kitchen/lounge on your left. Warm and welcoming, this room is a fabulous living space, with a well-equipped kitchen area that has a breakfast bar for relaxed meals, and a lounge area with a futon sofa and armchair. A folding table is also available should you require additional seating space. After a day out in the hills, enjoy cosying up in front of the wood burner or enjoy a film on the TV before heading next door to the comfortable king-size bedroom for a blissful night’s sleep. In the morning, the adjacent bathroom offers the opportunity for a leisurely soak in the bath or a refreshing shower before you head back out into the glorious countryside. On warm days, wander through the French door and enjoy your morning coffee outside, whilst taking in the breathtaking scenery. Outside there is plenty of parking space, and there are fabulous walks and bike rides straight from the front door. The track leading to the property – although tarred – is bumpy but still accessible without a 4x4.
