Greet costumer service, the place was very comfortable and feel home during our stay. Will be happy to rebook it again if / when we back to Jakarta in the near future.

The place is as described, located in the center of Jakarta though it’s a bit too far to walk to the nearest MRT station. Disappointed with the guest service team that left us hanging for more than 30min during the check-in even though we had informed our arrival time days before (we checked in at the normal hour - 4pm to be exact and I traveled with 2 seniors. They knew that bc we also submitted our IDs). They asked as if they were already in the building waiting for us yet went mia (found later that they are still far away from the location). I found the host emergency contact which directed me to the host himself and he assisted us to have our “self” check-in, which they should have arranged it earlier if they could calculate their time beforehand (they must, bc any reasons from their side is not the customer’s business). Without this hassle, the experience should be great. Great loc, bright, and spacious place, with all amenities needed for a short family trip.

Excellent. The place is exactly the same with the descriptions and the photos. Responsive guest service is a plus.
