Given the wrong room in check in instructions. There was a couple waiting outside what I was told was my room. We compared our check-in messages and had been given the same room number and key safe code. It turned out to be their room and not mine. I had no idea if I even had a room at this point. It did not feel safe that key safe codes had been given to other guests. No response from the host. Booked another hotel because it was already half an hour after I was meant to be checked in and I had places to be. Host got back saying it was the wrong instructions and that I am in a different room. Too late and security breached, I no longer had any desire to be there. Host denied that it was unsafe to give out someone elses key safe code and refused a refund based on their incompetence. Thankfully airbnb understood the security flaws and provided me with a full refund. No in house staff to help, everything online, avoid this place.
