Flat was filthy, clearly had not been cleaned since last guests, crumbs everywhere, dirty towels hanging everywhere hair and dirt all over shower floor, stained pillows with blood on one, old bread left on the side showing no one had been in to clean. Attempted to discuss part refund due to filthy presentation of flat, host did not get back to me and send automated response. Good location though so a shame they don’t try harder to present the flat better, but complete rip off of price for the state we got it in. Shower also very bad.

Die Wohnung ist etwas älter und teilrenoviert, aber hat einen gewissen Charme! Leider ist Eingangstür etwas hellhörig, dennoch hatten wir einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt. Man gelangt in kürzester Zeit an den Strand und ist nah am Zentrum. Gerne wieder!

Great location. There was dust on the kitchen counters, stains on the bedding. Has issues with electrics, so WiFi and plugs wouldn’t work. No cellular connection in the property. When the WiFi works, it’s fast but as the plugs all stopped working we had no means to contact the host. When they eventually got back to us it was around 1am on our last night and we needed to find the switch that had flicked up. It was good for a night but I wouldn’t stay again.

Good place to stay - Clean, felt safe, and nice location close to Brighton Pier. Hosts were very responsive in helping us book this last minute when we had an issue with the Airbnb we had initially booked. When we couldn’t turn on the heating the hosts called a few mins later to resolve it. Would recommend 👍🏻
