Stay is in one side of a Historical Home Revival duplex over 100 years old, housing a spacious 750 square foot unit with free parking. The unit includes one bedroom, one bathroom, a dining room, and a separate living area. The neighborhood; safe, and within walking distance of the lively Cooper Young across the street from Liberty Bowl, Sports and Event Center. This unit is a single-story 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit. It is one side of a duplex in a beautiful historic neighborhood walking distance from Cooper Young, Liberty Bowl, and the Memphis Sports and Event Center. It provides all the privacy and convenience one could ask for in a short term stay! From convenient off-street parking in the front of the building, to a private entrance into a living room that spans across the space to the kitchen, living room and bedroom. In the kitchen to the right you have the laundry room where you can wash your clothes after a long trip and to the left a dining room for some relaxing breakfast and coffee. This historical homes revival has charm and personality - from the soothing creams and other colors that are sure to inspire calm and relaxation after a long trip. The unit is cooled by central air conditioning and stays pretty cool. During the winter months, there is central heating that will heat the space sufficiently. We have box fans and space heaters located in the main closet. Our location and easy access to everything in Midtown - from the airport to train stations - Cooper Young, Liberty Bowl, and the Memphis Sports and Event Center!

The house was nicely decorated and well maintained.
Cooper was a great host! Very proactive and communicative. The airbnb was darling and was in walking distance to cooper-young (great restaurants and bars!). Would definitely stay again!

While the host was VERY responsive and nice, the pictures I feel are very very misleading. This location is also on a train route (starting at 5am and every hour after that) a flight path and RIGHT on the road. The noise level was wayyy to high for no one else to have mentioned. The place was fine if you aren't looking around at anything. Thermostat doesn't work as it should, no access to the back area, I actually got stuck in the bathroom because most of the doorhandles (including the front door) aren't secured, pee on the baseboards, tiles broken in the bathroom (ripped my sock actually). Just overall not what was pictured. The bed was ok, the pillows were good. Appreciated the water and snacks left and the distance to Coopers Young restaurants/bars was really great.

It features indoor basketball and volleyball hard courts and is adaptable for other sports like wrestling, gymnastics, cheerleading, futsal, and more, as well as convocation, and commencement events.
