If you’re looking to experience a bit of inner city living - and yet amazingly private and peaceful - this is the getaway for you. Beautifully set out and tastefully decorated, Jodie’s place has all the conveniences you require for an excellent stay. We’d never visited Newcastle before and this adorable semi was perfectly located. We walked everywhere! Cannot recommend this little piece of paradise enough.

I stayed for 5 nights in Jodie’s lovely cottage and it was truly a home away from home. It’s in a great location, is beautifully furnished and has high quality beds, linens, towels etc. There were lots of welcoming touches like fresh bread and biscuits. The neighborhood is quiet but close to many attractions. I would definitely recommend staying in The Miners Cottage and will definitely stay here again hence I’m next in Newy.

Our family just spent a fantastic 4 night stay in Jodie's immaculate cottage. Super cool place that's been fitted out beautifully, and which was ideal for the four of us. Jodie was a marvellous host - extremely friendly, responsive and helpful at all times, and very accommodating when we had to change arrival time. We loved it, and will definitely be back!
