It's the perfect retreat for those seeking serenity and eco-friendly living. Enjoy the comforts of tiny home, minimalist living. This mini dwelling is made with functionality and space in mind. About the tiny dwelling: The dwelling has a Queen sized loft bed with a Purple Mattress that is only accessible by climbing up a wooden ladder. Due to requirements of climbing the ladder to get to the bed, this dwelling may not be accessible to everyone. Please see photos. Be mindful of your head room, the loft has a low ceiling. You will find ample wall outlets throughout the dwelling, and thoughtfully curated touches to maximize comfort and functionality such as small mini fans to circulate air up to the loft space. Wake up and prepare a fresh cup of coffee while you enjoy the view from the bay window. There is a mini fridge underneath the outdoor kitchen bar where you can store perishable items. Turn your dining table into an indoor-outdoor space by swinging up the bar window, and let the cool breeze of the valley enter in as you enjoy your meal. Watch your favorite movies and shows on our rolled down projector that dually functions as window blinds. Access all your favorite apps through the Roku system, and enjoy the surround sound experience. When its time to go to bed, manually roll down all the blinds to block out the light so you can get an uninterrupted night of sleep! Some light may seep through the blinds. About the amenities: We are dedicated to our mission to provide a true off-grid, glamping experience. Enjoy the innovation of sustainable living with our eco-friendly facilities, including a solar powered hot water shower, and sanitary, low water use toilet. Instructions will be provided on how to best use the amenities so that you can have a seamless experience. To reduce energy consumption, the kitchen and bathroom wash sinks are not equipped with hot water. The tiny home itself boasts a fully solar powered AC + heater unit. We ask all guests to be mindful of their energy consumption. We recommend opening up the any of the bay windows, sliding door, and/or bar window to welcome in the cool breeze on a warm sunny day. The landscape: Nestled in a private, intimate area of the property, the tiny house has a beautiful landscape of mixed material including: gravel, wood chips, fake grass, dirt, and other natural surfaces. We recommend wearing shoes or covering your feet while you are outdoors. The surrounding nature may attract curious critters, including insects and bugs. As this is considered a glamping space, please be mindful that you may come across insects, bugs, squirrels, and other critters. You may also hear critters during the night as this property is close by a natural water source home to critters including frogs. You may also hear the sounds of farm animals and pets from nearby properties. As this property is facing a valley, sounds will be carried. *** Important Information*** Mind your step! The space includes stair steps, decking, ladder, and uneven surfaces. Some areas of the deck do not include rails, such as the walkway leading up to the covered outdoor shower. Please be mindful of these areas of the space!
