Beautiful place with an amazing view. The host was very responsive and flexible. I would absolutely stay here again.

The area around the house is beautiful and the house has a lot of character. The lady running the tasting room by the house was able to help my mother get into the house while I was on my way which was very helpful. Having to make sure our vehicles were not in front of the house during the day was inconvenient, but we knew going in what to expect from the info provided so it wasn't a huge deal. However, we were disappointed with the condition of the house. The place had not been adequately cleaned and we had to clean up a bunch of spider webs in the master bathroom. There were also moldy gourds in the kitchen cabinet which smelled. There was also mold on the curtains in the bathroom. Finally, 15 minutes into the first shower we took, the hot water ran out. We were staying here for a wedding so it was not ideal. When contacted, the host's solution was to either trouble shoot the water heater ourselves or take shorter showers. We ended up taking mostly cold showers.

This was a lovely old-world style villa: large, spacious rooms with high ceilings, oversized fireplace, and elegant rustic furnishings. The kitchen and bathrooms were all great (I loved the water pressure in the master shower, as well as the luxurious sunken bathtub). Although the weather was too cool to enjoy it, the pool area was fabulous and would be a perfect way to spend a hot summer day, and then enjoy a bbq dinner under the party lights in the evenings. My husband and I were there with my son, his wife, and 2 small children to celebrate the arrival of their 2nd baby 2 weeks earlier. They stayed in the equally lovely 2 bedroom casita, and the estate worked out beautifully for all of us as a venue for a small family get-together, and a chance to bond with our newest grandson.

The house and its surrounding were absolutely beautiful. My family had a great time staying here. The property had everything that you will need. We plan on coming back.
