Between it being listed by OC Rentals and having a separate host the instructions weren't super clear checking in, but we got in. the condo was nice in a quiet, residential apartment complex. We didn't try any of the extra amenities like the pool, so I can't comment on that. It was close, though, to Newport beach and balboa island and that made it worth it.

The property was as described. The property looks pretty much the same as the pictures in the listing. Our check-in instructions on the email and app were not accurate. So be sure and speak to the host to get specific instructions just prior to checking in. Overall a great place in a really good location for a really good price.

We had a couple of minor issues during our stay. The host was responsive and did their best to resolve the highest priority item for us. The unit had a couple of other maintenance items as well which I trust were actioned after our stay. Despite the above, the location is great and the amenities at the facility were wonderful. Recommended for those with kids and/or families looking to visit Disneyland which is only a 20min drive away.

The area and apartment were very nice. Easy to get to. Loved our stay 🙂
