Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Jean-Charles. L'appartement est parfaitement situé pour explorer Margate à pieds et en profiter. Il est très bien équipé, fonctionnel et impeccable. Jean-Charles s'est toujours montré disponible, réactif et très arrangeant, un grand merci encore ! Bref, nous recommandons à 100% !

Clean and spacious apartment, fairly well equipped although not really suitable for cooking meals. This was fine for us just for a weekend stay. Close to the beach and town, walking distance to everything.

Jean-Charle’s air bnb was exactly as per the listing - newly decorated, very comfortable rooms and well equipped. LovsYou could tell the host had thought about details and this definitely felt like a professionally-run air bnb. We did arrive at night when it was dark so we had trouble locating the building and front door (as Google maps took us further up the street) and there door numbers and flat numbers on that street were very confusing. Luckily Jean-Charles was able to help us locate it over the phone. Also the hallway is shared with neighbours who were smoking a lot in the entrance, so all the smoke comes into the building and hallway of the flat. Luckily once we were inside the bedrooms and living room, the smell didn’t come in but something to be aware of if you’re travelling with kids. We also couldn’t get the tv to work in the morning for the kids as it wasn’t tuned in unfortunately. All in all I would still recommend this air bnb for value, amenities and location.

Lovely little appartment, clean, very comfortable, great value for money. 10 mins walk from main beach and the old town. An eclectic neighbourhood, with plenty of parking.
