Nestled in the vibrant and historic 3rd arrondissement of Paris, Welcome to your new Parisian home! A luxury and comfortable home, where you can rest after a long day discovering Paris. Your appartement is located in the heart of the Marais district, one of the most historic and culturally rich areas in Paris. The apartment is located just few steps away from The Louvre Museum, Notre Dame and the Pompidou Museum. The apartment has: - 1 Living room with 1 sofa bed - 1 Fully equipped kitchen - 1 Dining area with a table and 6 seats - Bedroom 1 with one queen bed - Bedroom 2 with one queen bed - 1 Bathroom with a bathtub with one WC included - 1 Bathroom with shower with one WC included The apartment is comfortable for 4 people and a maximum of 6 people. The sleeping arrangement is organized as follow, all bed and bath linen being provided: Bedroom 1 with a 5***** queen-bed high comfort mattresses Bedroom 2 with a 5***** queen-bed high comfort mattresses Living room : 2 people high-comfort sofa bed The apartment is equipped with: TV, high speed Wifi, air conditionning a washer dryer, a hair dryer, a dishwasher a nespresso coffee machine, a water boiler, a toaster a fridge, an induction plate, a microwave, pans and other cooking wares a baby bed if needed

This is my very favorite place in Paris. My only gripe is I wish we could stay longer. I will definitely be back!!
Our stay at this apartment definitely had a few hiccups - no WiFi information was provided until I asked for it. The iron was in a locked cupboard which I had to request the code for, but by the time I had the code, I was late for work and didn’t have time to iron my clothes. The front bedroom is on a main road and is VERY loud 24 hours a day. Sometimes the noise even disturbs the back bedroom as well. The en suite bathroom has a cupboard that leads directly outside to the roof, so the bathroom was FREEZING cold because the cupboard door doesn’t seal properly. The apartment was spotless and clean, and the host was responsive and gave clear check in and check out instructions. It’s in a very convenient location, close to many restaurants and good metro stations.
Great location, really comfortable beds and good quality linen. Great to have two bathrooms too. A very efficient system for check in. I would highly recommend this as a great place to stay in Paris
This was one of the most beautiful apartments we have stayed in, looked small at first but was comfortable for 5 people, even the pull out bed was so comfortable! But the thought and talent that went into the decor was 10/10 we are definitely coming back here! Thank you for a great stay!

Our neighborhood is a vibrant and historically significant area within the Marais district. This area is a treasure trove of well-preserved architecture, with many buildings dating back to the 17th century. It's home to numerous art galleries, including the prestigious Picasso Museum and the Musée des Arts et Métiers, dedicated to the history of science and industry. The Marais is also known for its boutique shops, from fashion and jewelry to vintage stores and concept shops. The area is filled with quaint cafés, charming bistros, and restaurants. It is safe, and it offers the convenience of being a short distance from the Louvre Museum and Notre Dame.
Warning: It is very important to respect the common areas, please make sure to be quiet when you are heading out/going into the building.
Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access of the apartment.
- You will find the keys of the apartment inside the masterlock next to the apartment door.
- The door to your apartment is on the first floor. You can use an elevator.
- We are in a historical building and the elevator is small. It can fit a maximum of 2 people without suitcase at a time or a person and a suitcase.
- We will send you the code of the masterlock before your arrival.
- Please take some time to carefully read the rules of the apartment that we have placed on the table of the kitchen
Since we are not on site, please take into account our travel time, in case of last minute booking. Example: reservation at 5pm for the day D, arrival at 7pm on the spot.
